I have deployed amelia on my website but when my customer booked an appointment he got the confirmation screen and the payment was also recorded in our payment gateway. However the same is not reflecting on my amelia > Appointments.
I also got an email from wordpress saying Fatal error with plugin with the error code. Please help us with this as our site is live and we need urgent help.

Thank you for your purchase, and sorry for the inconvenience.
I suppose this is related to purchases made through WooCommerce, correct?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Please make sure the Plugin Editor is enabled in your Dashboard, so we can edit some code in Amelia, if needed.
The amelia plugin widget is not loading on the front end. When i logged into my wp dashboard to see whats happening. Can't see anything on our wordpress backend as well under amelia. There's just a blank screen. Please see attached screenshots.
Also tried deactivating and activating the plugin, It's not working. We have the latest version of Amelia
I checked everything, and it should all be working fine.
Maybe there's a conflict with some other plugin there, since it doesn't help if I force the content to be loaded over http.
Can you please deactivate all other plugins except for wpDataTables, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
If it doesn't help, then please reach out to your hosting provider about the issue, and maybe they will be able to help with this.
This ticket is over a year old, so the same issues don't apply.
I suppose there's a conflict with vue.js files between Amelia and some other plugin, but I can't say until I take a look.
Please open a new private ticket, where you can share the wp-admin (administrator) log in credentials, along with database access credentials, so we can disable our vue.js and have Amelia work for you.
