We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Spanish translation
I need to know on how many different languages can I display Amelia con my site.
I have customers coming from USA, Germany, Italy and Peru
I need at least Spanish and English for two sites: one is for a Taxi Service company so I need customers to say where they want to be collected from and taken to. The other one is for events and appointments and it will be only in Spanish.

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
At the moment we have Spanish, German and Italian translation included in our plugin however, if you need to use it on the same website as multilingual I need to say that there are some limitations for this. At the moment, names of the services and categories that you create and notification template messages cannot be shown in multiple languages, only in the language in which you create them. If you need to use the plugin in several different languages in several different websited then this is possible, but using on the same website has limitations like I described.
