Dear Amelia team, i really like your plugin. I have two questions:
- I want to automatically invoice my clients. Is that only possible through WooCommerce integration or can i do it also through your plugin?
- To create invoices I need the complete name, street name, ZIP Code etc. Can i adapt these information for the booking form and also that these information end up on the invoice? Otherwise the German tax office will not accept such invoices.
- And is there a chance to include services and events in the catalog? Or can it only be services?
- And can i add credit card payment to the system?
Best wishes
Ramin
Hi Ramin,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
1. At the moment invoicing is possible only using the WooCommerce integration, we don't have invoice feature included in our plugin at the moment.
2. Unfortunately something like this is not possible.
3. Services and events can be shown in the same page by using two shortcodes but they cannot be shown in the same booking form.
4. Yes, we have Stripe as a payment method supported by our plugin so payment through credit card is possible.
Best regards.
Hi Isidora, thanks a lot for your answers.
As far as I understood if I use WooCommerce integration then I can create the invoice and the specific fields which I need there and the whole invoicing process is taking place within the WooCommerce environment, right?
So I can integrate WooCommerce for appointments and for events, right? There is no difference within these types in regards to handling the Process within WooCommerce, correct?
Best wishes
Hi Ramin,
You are welcome.
Yes, that is right, the whole process is in WooCommerce, and you can send invoices with it and select which fields you need, just I am not sure if you can set fields order in it.
As for the difference between appointments and events, there is no difference, the process is the same, if WooCommerce payment is enabled once customer books the appointment he is redirected to the WooCommerce checkout and the process is finished there.
Best regards.
