Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

I use youcanbook.me and have for a long time. It would be GREAT to use Amelia instead. However...
My scheduling "availability" is done in Google Calendar. I put blocks of time labeled "Active" (and Free) in the calendar and that then shows as available in ycb.me. It's a REALLY nice way of handling and shifting availability. You just move blocks of availability and add/duplicate them as needed. I do NOT obviously work a regular schedule. With parenting and consulting, my availability changes day to day and week to week.
Is anything like this possible with Amelia?
Thanks!
Rick
Hi Rick,
Thank you for your inquire.
We do have special days option for the each employee that you can set, more information on this link.
Special Days – This feature allows you to set one or multiple days in which your employee will have different working hours and/or provide different services. Whether you need to set shorter or longer working hours for just one day or a period, or set a different service for one specific day or a whole week, here you can do all of this.
Google Calendar – where your employees can connect their Google Calendars, so once the appointment is scheduled it will be automatically added to their calendar. All they need to do is to click on the button beside the Google Calendar option and they will be redirected to choose their Google Account. Once they choose it, they will be back on their profile in the Amelia Plugin with the selected Google Calendar email.
Also, we do have integration with Google calendar, more information on this link
You can also take a look at all plugin features on our demo sites

Best regards.
