Does Amelia allow for a custom registration form? I'm building a website for a food co-op program that requires participants to book appointments. First-time users must fill out a registration form that includes a waiver of liability. Would it be possible to add this in the registration form for Amelia?
Hi Katherine Fung,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
We have custom fields as an option in the plugin and with it you can create various custom fields that can be shown on the booking form in the place where user enters his personal information. You can choose whether each field that you add will be mandatory or not and information entered in those fields will be shown in the appointment details. More about this option and the types of the fields that we have you can read here.
Best regards.
thank you! Is there a way to require the custom fields for first time users only??
alternatively, can I use the WooCommerce User Registration Extension with Amelia?
Hi Katherine,
Unfortunately there is no way to require custom fields only for the first time users. As for the extension we are not sure since we didn't use it but you could try and if you don't succeed in setting everything we can refund you the license.
Best regards.
