We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
hi I found the plugin very interesting,
I'd like to ask you to answer these questions:
1) is it possible to make an hourly booking?
example: displayed day (x)
from 9.00 to 10.00
From 10:00 to 11
2) In the table in the frontend, the customer who must book, Can he see the hours still available?
3) to make reservations I have to install woocommerce obligatorily.
Thanks so much
Marco
Hi Marco,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
1) Yes, our plugin works exactly the same as you described. You create services with specific duration and based on that duration when customer chooses the service and the employee (if you have it more than one) he will see calendar with available dates and time slots. If service duration is 1 hour the time slots will be displayed like you described. There is just few settings that you need to set up but if you need any help our support is there for you.
2) Yes, the customer see all available hours from which he can choose one to book.
3) No, you don't need to have WooCommerce in order to use our plugin. Our plugin supports PayPal, Stripe and on-site payment methods by default and integration with WooCommerce is made for those users who need some other payment type since WooCommerce supports large number of payment gateways.
Best regards.
Hi Marco,
Yes, you can put 0 as service price and in that case price calculation and payment process will be hidden. If you want to show the price but skip the payment process during the scheduling then you can set service price and set on-site payment methods which means that customers will pay on site when they come to the appointment.
I am here to help so don't hesitate to ask. Once you purchase the plugin you will get access to our premium support so you can submit ticket in Amelia section of this support platform and our support managers will help.
Best regards.
Top service
Thanx
Hi Marco,
