Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
I have an employee that normally works mon-sat 8a-6p. I want to open his schedule so that he is available on a sunday for a special 1-time job, so I create a "Special Day" shift and set the available hours from 8a - 6p on 3/1/20. But, it is not showing him as available when the client tries to schedule him. He does not have any "Days Off" set, but his regular schedule also does not include any Sunday hours. What am I missing? Thanks for your time and help.
SOLVED!!!
He had a conflict from his Google Calendar preventing any bookings on that Sunday.
