Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Hello Bryce Billing,

    Thank you for your purchase.

You need to add the placeholders for the custom fields that you have to the Notifications Message field (notifications that you want to have these information). You will find all placeholders that you can put in the notifications when you click on </> Show Email Placeholders in Amelia -> Notifications and by clicking on a placeholder there you copy it and then you can paste it in the Message field in the notifications that you want.

    Please look at the attachments.

    Hope this helps!

    Hey there,
is it possible that this fields aren't shown anymore?
I don't see any "custom" fields on my placeholders.

And a 2nd question, how would I know, lets say custom_field_1, which field it is in my backend? Is there any ID given to the field I can see in my backend?

    TIA

    Best Regards

    hello Wolfgang Hartl,

Please update Amelia to version 3.0.2 , as there was an issue with the placeholders in versions 3.0 and 3.0.1 Sorry for any inconveniences this have caused. After you update the plugin you will have the custom fields placeholders in the list on the Notifciations page, and when you hover them you will see which custom field is the placeholder for. https://wpamelia.com/updating/

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
