In the use case "event / appointment cancelled or changed" I'd like to edit the email text to the affected customers, before email submission.
Please add this feature to AMELIA.
Thank you.
Hello Andreas Friedrichs,
When you go to Amelia -> Notifications you will see all notifications that can be sent from Amelia, and you can modify the text in the Message text fields. You can add information about appointments/evens by adding placeholders to the message field from the list (you can find the placeholders when you click on '</> Show Email Placeholders' and by clicking on it you copy it and later on you can paste it in the message text field).
If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to ask,
Hello Marija,
thank you for the explanation. This I understood.
My use case is after the initial setup of the different notifications.
So I'm the AMELIA manager and need to cancel an event. I do not want to change in general the notification, only for the single cancellation and to give some more background.
This is the function I need. Can we realize it?
Thank you,
Andreas
Hello Andreas,
You are welcome.
Sorry, it seems like I misunderstood your question.
Unfortunately, there isn't a possibility to set a different notifications per event or single appointment in Amelia with its current built-in features. I will add you feature request to our list so it can be considered for implementation in the future. I can't say for now if and when it will be added and released.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help,
