We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hi,

    Before buying, I would like to have answers to the questions below:

    - Can I blacklist a customer so he can't book another appointment again?

    - Can I import a list of my current clients from another booking platform?

    - Can I translate Amelia into French?

    - Can I import a list of appointments already taken in the past? I have important notes about customers that I must be able to check.

    - Can I deactivate on-site payments and only allow customers to pay after the appointment, at the location?

    - Is the sms extra from the license or is it included?

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    "Can I blacklist a customer so he can't book another appointment again?" - Unfortunately no, something like this isn't supported in our plugin at the moment. You can only reject the appointment made by that customer.

    "- Can I import a list of my current clients from another booking platform?" - Unfortunately not at the moment, but we have this feature in our plan for the future updates.

    "- Can I translate Amelia into French?" - Yes, and we already have French translation prepared. If you find some words that you want to translate differently you can do that using Poedit or Locotranslate easily.

    " Can I import a list of appointments already taken in the past? I have important notes about customers that I must be able to check." - Unfortunately same as the above, importing is not supported but we also have this in our plan for the future.

    - Can I deactivate on-site payments and only allow customers to pay after the appointment, at the location?" - We have PayPal, Stripe, on-site payment methods and integration with WooCommerce which supports various payment methods. If you want your customers to pay at the location you need to enable on-site payment type in our plugin and the customers will be able to schedule the appointment without payment and pay for it once they come to the appointment.

    "- Is the sms extra from the license or is it included?" - The SMS feature is included in the plugin but you need to add balance in order to send SMS.
