From what Google Translate provided, I can reply this:
1. Your employees are the ones providing services, so you need to configure your employee's working hours first. Once you do that, services' durations will be divided into employees' working hours.
2. Please take a look at our demo sites to see how Amelia should look like. If you don't see this, there may be a conflict on your website.
Hello, Thanks for your feedback. But when an employee works on several activities and one of our activities depends on the tides? Do I have to cheat by setting the working hours according to the tide schedules? not very orthodox. Are you thinking of improving your application so that we can integrate specific timetables into the services? It's a shame because it's just missing that so that your application is perfect ;-)

I'm sorry but my english is very bad :-(
Best regards,

Don't worry about your English, Laetitia
It's quite alright.
I don't quite understand what you mean by "tides", though.
An employee can work on several services. And if someone books one service at a given time, the other services will become unavailable at that time.
You can add time periods in Work Hours of every employee, so they work on specific services on those time periods.
