I there a way to do directly integrate with a SMS platform like Twilio? All my customers already have an SMS tool their using with WordPress to have them sign up for Amelia SMS won't make sense.
I have single site installs but I'm also using Amelia in a multisite setup where things like SMS are configured at the network level.

I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
The only way to use SMS notifications within Amelia would be through the integration.
