    Hello,

Your plugin came highly recommended by a member of your affiliate team and I was seconds from purchasing however, I have a few questions.

    1. If someone wants to attend an event but wants to bring a friend, how can we capture the name of that individual

    2. As I'm running several courses and events, we have a multi-person discount. ie. 3-5ppl you receive 10% off, 5-8ppl you receive 15% off etc. How do I implement that into your system? Orginially, I thought I could just use woo discount rules but that doesn't work.

Could you please advise so i have time to look up an alternative.

    also a few more questions...

Can the Amelia end points ie listing of appointments, ability to reschedule etc be built into the Woocommerce my account dashboard so everything can be found in one place?

Also, can appointment be set so they need to be approved by the employee first? Also is it possible that a timing on it so that for example no one can book until say 48 hours after present time allowing time for the employee to be prepared?

    Hi Kristen Jerry,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    1. When someone adds a person with him while booking the event, by default there is no option to enter the name of the second person. However, we have custom fields option to add to the booking form so you can add a text field where that person that books the event can write the name/s of the person/s that are coming with him. This is the only option at the moment.

    2. Unfortunately we don't have this option at the moment. You would be able to create different services where minimum and maximum capacity would be different, for example 3-5 people is capacity for one service, 5-8 is for other one and set prices for each. We also have option to not allow people to book the service if the minimum isn't reached so by default they will automatically have selected minimum and price for it. However, the problem here is if you already have large number of services so making them like this would expand that number more.

"Can the Amelia end points ie listing of appointments, ability to reschedule etc be built into the Woocommerce my account dashboard so everything can be found in one place?" - Unfortunately something like this is not possible at the moment, but we have our dashboard. We also have Customer front-end panel where customers can follow their bookings.

"Also, can appointment be set so they need to be approved by the employee first? Also is it possible that a timing on it so that for example no one can book until say 48 hours after present time allowing time for the employee to be prepared?" -  Yes, the default status can be set to Pending and employee, administrator or manager user will need to manually approve it. We also have option to set "Minimum time required before booking" where you can set 2 days and forbidden the booking 2 days before the appointment.

    Best regards.

Thank you for clarifying those questions.

Another one I just came across. I'm using the Woocommerce integration. I just noticed that someone can't sign up for one event, put it into their cart and then go back to add another. It only allows you to register for one event per checkout. Can you clarify a workaround for this?

also, if Woocommerce is used as the processor is there a way to get the information such as the name and even they sign up for in the order section, it shows up in checkout, however doesn’t reflect in the orders.

    Hi Kristen Jerry,

    You are welcome.

Unfortunately it is not possible to add multiple events in the same cart. As for your second question I am not sure if I understood you right, you want name to be written in the WooCommerce order?

    Best regards.
