I have set the "Appointment Next Day" reminder email for 19:00hrs in the "Scheduled For" box. In setting up the cron, which I have used the wp crontrol plugin, what should I set "Recurrence" interval to be to make this work ? I have currently set this for twice a day but not sure if it somehow needs to match the exact 19:00 I have set in Amelia ?
It doesn't really matter what you set the recurrence to be. It can be twice a day, which simply means the cron job will run twice a day. The emails will be sent at the time defined in Amelia, under each scheduled notification.
