Instead of being just an event for which we seek tickets, can Amelia offer appointments within an event?
Ex: I al a therapist and I am planning a "tour" of different cities with different partners over several days. Each day is an event and I want my future customers to be able to book their 1h timeslot within the day of their choice but AFTER having chosen their "event" with this or that partner/location.
Can Amelia offer this out if the box?
To clarify my question : I would need both the events and booking functionalities working together for the same customer: event funxurin to choose the day, booking function to choose the timeslot.

Unfortunately it is not possible to add appointment booking inside the event. But, I can suggest you to use just appointments, you can make Events in place where our services are, so customer can choose event (service) and book time slot for that event (service) I know it is not what you meant, but this is the workaround we can offer right now.
