We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I have purchased the premium version of your plugin yesterday and I am working on that here http://dottieeloise.com/book-now-testing/
I have some questions:
1. Is it possible to have "All locations" in the Locations dropdown?
2. Would that perhaps be possible to have calendar first (instead of locations dropdown).
3. On mobile, when you select location, date from the calendar and time slot, the screen will scroll down making the plugin invisible. My clients would then have to scroll back up to continue with booking.
Thank you,
Hello Dottie
Thank you for your purchase.
1. Unfortunately, no, you can't have all locations displayed in the drop-down.
2. Since you have multiple locations, they will be offered as an option before the calendar is displayed. You can add the booking form on 3 different pages, to be location-specific with the shortcode [ameliabooking location=1] and it will include the location automatically and the calendar will be displayed first.
3. You can add the following script:
You can add this script to your theme's footer.php file, usually located in ../wp-content/themes/YOUR-CURRENT-THEME/footer.php and add the script on the bottom of that page:
It should be loading on all pages, as long as you keep using the current theme. If you change the theme, you'll have to add it to the footer.php file of that other theme.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
