Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

Hello,
I'm ready to buy your plugin, it looks perfect for what I need.
A few questions:
1. Can I select specific days and different times each day an appointment would be available? (i.e. M-F 10-4pm, Sat. 10-2pm)
2. Will the website sync with a google calendar and add the appointment automatically? So I will see the appointments in my Google calendar without ever logging into my website dashboard?
3. Can the form read my Google calendar so that there aren't double bookings. (i.e. If I manually enter an appointment 10am on my Google calendar while speaking with a customer, and then later someone else goes on my website to book an appointment will the form know not to make 10am appt. available?)
Thank you for your assistance,
Aaron
Hi Aaron,
Thank you for your inquire.
1.
You can specify the working hours for your employee/s and also you can add and change the time slots with the special days feature. You can find more information on this link.
2.
Yes, once you connect your employee to his/her Google Calendar the appointment will be displayed in the Google calendar.
3.
Yes, those time slots will bot be able to be booked.
If you set Event in Google calendar to Busy, and enable one option in our plugin settings (Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots), that time slot will not be displayed in the booking form, so the customers can not book that time slots which you previously set to be busy in the Google calendar. You can find more information on this link.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
