I'm wondering if there a 'all' view of the appointment in google calendar, not just on the admin calendars so we can check and view there if need it - already view the individual we want to view all of them
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately you can only see each individual calendar.
You can, however, share calendars from your employees with your admin calendar, and then you would be able to see all appointments from all employees. This would have to be done through Google Calendar, though, not Amelia.

We're developing the plugin constantly, so I'm the future this too may be included. I have forwarded the idea to our development team, so they will add it to our list of ideas.
