I tried doing that but still having issues, i feel like this plugin has many bugs and doesnt respond to what i want it to do.
i created 2 categories, Party packages and Room Option
inside the party packages i added 4 services, inside the room packages i added 2 services. when i try to preview this it combines all my services under party packages and doesnt display the category room option.
i made sure when i input the services that its not mixiing the parant categories but still having issues with them getting mixed.
also, when i am in the other view, the text and background are both black and doent know how i could change that, i tried playing with the customize section but it had no effect over it.
You can allow your customers to choose categories only with [ameliacatalog] shortcode. Please take a look at our available shortcodes here.
The black background is probably a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for wpDataTables, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
This is the process i would like to have for my booking and would like to know if its possible to do or if i need to request a refund please.
1. select party package (4 options)
2. select room ( 2 options)
3. select date and time ( based on schedule available for each room and service
4. confirm by submitting contact info

Thank you for your purchase.
1. You could create a Category named "Party Package", which has 4 services (options)
2. There you can select a service, which would be one of the 2 offered rooms.
3. Selecting date and time based on employee's availability for these rooms.
4. Unfortunately, this payment system is not included in Amelia. You can only use WooCommerce, PayPal and Stripe (cards).
