I just tested the booking form, and can confirm that it does redirect me to the home page.

Did you maybe add the Redirect URL in Amelia's General Settings:

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

The issue here was that you haven't defined Cart and Checkout pages in WooCommerce settings.

Please go to WooCommerce settings/Advanced, and select the Cart and Checkout pages from the dropdown:

If you don't have these pages created, they need to be created first. Simply add a couple of pages with titles "Cart" and "Checkout", select them in this menu, and it should work fine.
