Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
hello, wow, I would love to live in your country. The number of holidays is really interesting.
I have been seeing requests in the tickets for several months to see the ID of a department, employee or anything else live.
Answers saying that you have to go to the page editor, create a shortcode, look at the number and then go to the builder to report are not acceptable. No more than sending to the debugger to search the code. it works for 3 departments and 2 employees, but beyond it is not manageable. And if it only works this type of configuration, no need for your plugin. Any free extension of the market will do.
Not even a hook example or other solution in documentation. Like the responses for the REST API which consist just in saying that you have to intercept the code to admin-ajax while praying that you don't change anything. All this becomes very unsatisfactory and turns your extension into a gadget. I am really tired of having to constantly worry about getting around it instead of just using it.
Hello Laurent
If everything goes well, we will be including the IDs of employees, services and events in our next update. However, I can't promise that, since there are other features that are currently under development, and if we manage to squeeze this in, it will be included.
Unfortunately, until then, the only way to see these IDs would be through the Gutenberg block, or the corresponding table in the database. It is a feature commonly requested, so we're working on implementing it in the plugin's UI as soon as possible.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
