Thank you for your purchase, and sorry for the inconvenience.
Are you changing the working hours of your employees? They are the ones providing the service, so that's where the working hours need to change primarily.
If you're doing this, and still can't resolve the issue, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
hi everyone!
no matter what schedule work time I create for my company or employee, it won’t show this change on the form I use on my webpage using the short code:
[ameliabooking]
No matter what I do- update in the settings the work time and time, the time I am looking to create as in terms of work hours is
6am-10:30 am
it has me at 1am-6am... and won’t change
Thank you for your help in this!
Talk soon!
Ryan
