Unfortunately, something like this is not possible.

The only way you could do this is if you set the service's duration to be your employees working hours divided by 4, and enabling "Use service duration as time slot step" in General settings of Amelia.

For example, if your employee works 8 hours, your service should last 2 hours, and then something like this could be achieved.
