We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    を入力するように促されるのですが、なぜここで「郵便番号」と表示されているのか意味が不明です。しかも5桁ではなく4桁までしか入力できません。

    クレジットカード情報とは関係ないと思うのですが、翻訳ミスでしょうか?

    As I previously asked, please send us tickets in English since we need to use Google translate for translating Japanese and are afraid that something will be misunderstood and we won't be able to help. Thank you for understanding.

    , But I'm not sure why it says "zip code" here. And you can only enter up to four digits instead of five. I don't think it has anything to do with credit card information.

    These information are required by Stripe, not by us. So, depending on the country where you are from, the zip/postal code is requested. Please check which country is shown for the phone field in the booking process.

    Hello 宏幸,

    Thank you for the screenshots. 

    Unfortunately, this is something that Stripe controls, we don't have any impact on it and can't change it. These fields are set by them and they need it for the payment process, we can't change them.

    You can maybe contact their support to ask them about this since you have account there and use it for payments.
