My appointment emails are not being sent. I also use amelia on a separate website and notifications aren't being sent there as well. I try to do the test emails and they don't show up in promotions, spam, etc. What do I have to change? Currently using default PHP and idk anything about the other options. On my 2nd website using amelia notifications have ALWAYS worked until recently.

    Hello crackalack0506 ,

Thank you for your purchase and apologies for replying late, we are not working on weekends and yesterday was a national holiday so we had a non-working day.

Could you please tell me have you changed anything before they stopped working? Also, we don't recommend using PHP mail because the emails end up in Spam or are blocked by some mail providers. You can find the instructions for other mail service setup following this link. In some cases, hosting providers have their own configuration for sending emails through their servers, so you can contact them as well to ask them about this, because if you changed anything and the notifications stopped working maybe they changed something on their side which caused this issue.
