We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hello. I have a client that wants to offer bookings for free consultations only. So, there is only one single service. However, they have 2 employees that are available for consultations. What we really want is a booking plugin that goes straight to a calendar view (they do not have to choose their service or their staff member). We do not want them to pick which employee they get. We just want a calendar that basically allows 2 appointments to be booked by different users at the same time. Is this a possibility with your plugin? We don't even really have to have 2 employees set up if we can just allow a capacity of 2 different appointments each time slot.

Second, this syncs both ways with Google Calendars, right? So, if someone booked on the website, it would show on the google calendar? And, if they manually added an appointment to their google calendar, Amelia would be made aware of that on the website?

Thanks so much for your help!

    Hi Amy,
    Thank you for your inquire.

Sorry for late response, we are not working on weekends.

We do have an option to set the maximum and minimum capacity for the service.

As for the look of the booking forms you can check them on our demo sites https://wpamelia.com/demos/

    As for the Google sync.

So, if someone booked on the website, it would show on the google calendar?  Yes the appointment will be displayed in the Google calendar.

And, if they manually added an appointment to their google calendar, Amelia would be made aware of that on the website?

The appointment from the Google calendar will not be displayed in Amelia calendar, but that time slots will not be able to be booked in that period of time.

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,

    Miloš Jovanović
