In the spirit of good enough communication, I am adding a little context to help highlight my questions.  I am a licensed clinical mental health provider in private practice that must follow strict HIPPA/ethical/legal/professional standards in general like any other “doctor”.  In addition, I am a wellness educator.  So, I have a clinical side to business, and I have an educational side to my business that need to be clearly separate.  So I would like to utilize this platform for both, but need to have a potential patient “aka customer” [navigating the clinical homepage and clicking the service page where I hope to use Amelia’s ability to offer a catalog type view of “products/services” that when they decide on an offering they can click to get needed descriptive info then upon deciding positively proceed I need them to click a link to my business scheduling widget [will include that for reference so you can see exactly what I am referring to].  Please note the customer here is assumed to be potential new “patient” as preexisting patients will have a more direct landing page portal to log into the system [don’t need Amelia here].  Then on the wellness or education side I will just use the cool features to rsvp for a class or workshop, etc.….]  So hopefully that makes sense…… I will have one landing page [that separates two sets of home page, service page, and events (where the visitor has to go back to the original landing page then click over to the other side and is forced to double click after a quick message lets them know this side is clinical this side is education) … so technically one webpage only but the content is presented in a way that are fully separate because the client needs to be informed of this service is a doctor patent relationship or this class is not a doctor patent relationship….etc.…… so because of the sensitive nature of the  more patient side of my business I want to utilize the neat clean catalogue to showcase my services on the clinical “doctor” side and have them see the nice click tile of the catalogue presentation that Amelia offers for various clinical services [indiv therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, etc.….] then in the description can embed or insert the link of the scheduling widget and just not have the rsvp or schedule button activated in the Amelia platform so the customer knows what to do as far at what to click]…………… that is the main question……… just a few minor questions: I am assuming I can upload my pics into the catalogue used for the various products and services, and works on a Divi based word press platform.  I sure pray that this makes sense.   IF this does not, I can be reached directly at 8168756129 and if ok please leave me a phone number or someway to live chat if this does not make sense.  Thank you.

    Hello WellnessTogether

Thank you for your purchase, and sorry for the late response - we're not working on weekends, and we had a non-working Monday due to a National Holiday.

Please note that we don't provide any live support, only through tickets.

You could utilize the [ameliacatalog] shortcode, so your service descriptions are included. However, I'm not sure about the scheduling widget. If I understand you correctly - you want to have the service described through Amelia, but the actual booking would go through this widget?

If that is true, it would be considered customization of the plugin, as it is not its native purpose. You can add the URL to the widget in the description, of course, but you would need to hide the "Proceed" button, so the system doesn't actually allow your customers to be able to click and continue to the booking screen.

You can upload images to the service, so it has a gallery of a sort.

    Kind Regards,
