Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
Hi,
My client uses a service for a free online call. She schedules via Google Calender, but uses the Apple Calendar on her imac and iphone.
When someone schedules such a call the information about who the call is with is not displayed in de calendar item. I myself use Google Calendar and that shows more info about the appointment.
Can i somehow change which information is displayed in the Apple Calendar?
The attachment named Peggy shows an appointment in Apple Calendar.
The attachment named Debbie shows an appointment in my own Google Calendar.
Hi Debbie
Sorry for the late response. We've had a non-working Monday due to a National Holiday.
There could be some settings in the Apple Calendar. Unfortunately, Amelia does not have an integration with Apple's Calendar, only Google Calendar, so there's not much we can do about it.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi Aleksandar,
Hope you had a nice day off :-)
I checked with my client and also in Google the information is sparse/ not complete. See attached screenshot. Do you have any idea what can cause this?
Hi again Debbie
Is this an appointment that was carried over from Amelia, or a manually created event?
I see that the info is rather sparse, but if it's coming from Amelia, it shouldn't be like that.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi Aleksandar,
yes it is carried over from Amelia.
Alright Debbie.
Can you please go to Amelia settings/Google calendar settings, and check which placeholders (if any) are added to the event header and description?
These are the same placeholders used in notifications, so you can customize what the event's header and description will look like in Google calendar.
Please let me know if that helps
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
