We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi
I have Enable Table Tools enabled for a table, but the tools do not appear on the page? The table, and search, and number of rows etc are all appearing fine, but no table tools?
Hello again Adam
Can you please provide me the link to the page where this is happening?
wpDataTables is a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) concept based plugin. This means that the table should look the same both in back-end and in front-end. If your front-end table looks and behaves differently than in back-end, this usually implies that there is another plugin (or the current theme) that's changing the behavior of our plugin.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi Aleksander - Okay, I'll do the disable-plugin thing to see if I can pinpoint the conflict as the back-end it does display.
Thanks
Alright, Adam

Hi - sorry for the delay, it took me a while to get to this.
However, I have found the culprit - the plugin it conflicts with is Microthemer. If that is deactivated then the tools appear.
So I guess the next question is what do I do about it? :-)
Hi - found the issue - it was actually some CSS (I had in Microthemer) that was hiding the tools :-) So feel free to close this ticket.
Thanks
Awesome Adam
Thanks for letting me know.
If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help.
Best regards.
