First of all, let me congratulate you for the great plugin you're proposing.
I've 2 questions:
1/ is it possible to book multiple appointments in one order (I'm with Woocommerce) by example: I want to book 3 different slots for the service#3 and employee John. Currently, I've the impression that I have to go 3 times through the entire booking process and receive 3 order confirmation emails, 3 invoices etc... Which is a bit heavy and could refrein some customers to book several slots.
2/ do you plan to develop a commission system for the site owner welcoming mulptiple employees? In order to manage smoothly and automatically the commission I would keep for me for each and every appointment made with my employees? Today, I've to manage this financial flow completely independently. Would be cool if your plugin can propose something to ease the job and reconsiliate the numbers, avoiding accounting issues when comission will have to be calculated.
1. I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features. Our development team has this in our "to-do" list, and they will be developing that feature, but I cannot provide an ETA. We're hoping that it will be implemented in the next month or two, but I can't guarantee that.
2. I don't know if I understood you correctly. You can see all appointments and pricing in Amelia's Dashboard. You can see the revenue, access specific appointments, and see if they have been paid for, and so on. If I misunderstood, please let me know.
Thanks for your reply. for question 1, I'm impatient to see what will be the result in a few weeks/months! Thks!
for question 2: I was probably unclear. Let me rephrase it: To my best understanding, the PayPal or Stripe account to associate to Amelia (via Woocommerce in my case) is a single account - by example, my business account, the account of the business owner.
So all the money my business is generating with my employees and I is coming into this single Paypal / Stripe account, connected to my bank account. To remunerate my employees, I've to recalculate aside the amount of money I need to transfer into their respective bank account. I agree that I can use your dashboard to ease my job here. My dream was to have this last step fully automated. All the employees would be able to associate their PayPal account or something else and receive their money back automatically as per Amelia calculation. With or without a contribution that they would pay to me.I guess that my dream is a bit complex to develop. Don't you think?
I agree with you, but unfortunately we don't have anything like that. Payment engines are only integrated with Amelia, and we didn't even think about having an automated process like that.
I will forward the suggestion to our development team, but I don't think they will be able to implement something like that.
