Hello, is this possible with Amelia.
Most service companies offer time slots over exact times, for example plumbers.
They will give a time slot to be at the job, say between 8am and 11am. This allows them buffer time.
I can't see any option to do this in Amelia.
I can add 2 hours to the appointment duration, then select "Use service duration for booking a time slot" under general settings. This works well when the customer is picking a time, as it will shows 8am-11am. But when it comes to enter the customers details page, it just shows the start time of the appointment, so 8am, rather than between 8am to 11am.
With the notifications I can say, Thanks for Booking with %company_name%, Your Appointment date is %appointment_date% Between %appointment_start_time% & %appointment_end_time%.
So the notifications work well.
I have attached a screen shot, that explains better what I would like.
Any help really appreciated. Thanks
Hello Kieran
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
I can help you hide that part of the screen in the last page if that helps? Unfortunately, we can't add the time frame there, so this may be the best option. They'd receive the confirmation e-mail anyway, so seeing the start time wouldn't have to be that important in the form.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
