Have you maybe migrated your website?
Issues like this usually occur when foreign keys are missing from Amelia's database. I'd need to remote in and take a look, so can you please provide me:
- WP-admin credentials for your website where this happens
- Database access credentials (PHPMyAdmin or cPanel), so I can check it?
We don't provide any data to third parties, but since this is a public ticket, please make sure to enable the "private" response, so the credentials are visible only to us.
