We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Not trying to complain, but does anyone know how long support generally takes to reply?

    I've been bumped to the second page will no signs that anyone here anyways is receiving a reply.

    Like many of you ... I imagine ... I'm trying to finish a website on a deadline. I have a small handful of questions, all of which should be easy to answer, but are covered nowhere in the documentation or videos ....

    Again, not complaining ... just need to get this project finished and if support is as slow all the time, I just need to find an alternative and get a refund.

    I responded to your other tickets a few hours ago. I'll copy a part of my response here:

    Our working hours are from 10:00 - 17:00 CET, Monday - Friday. We respond to tickets in the order in which they arrive, so it may take some time until we get to your ticket. We tend to respond to tickets as soon as possible, but it all depends on the amount of tickets, the complexity of requests, time-zone difference and so on. We guarantee a response will be provided within 5 business days, but it was never that long. Average response time is around 12 hours.
