Thank you for your purchase, and sorry to hear you're having issues.
The
500 Internal Server Error is a server-side error, meaning the problem
probably isn't with your computer, Internet connection or plug ins
but instead is a problem with the website's server.
Can
you please investigate your server log and see if there are some errors?
Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for wpDataTables, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
If you're still not able to isolate the issue, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
deactivating did the trick. I setup a few of the initial pieces (adding the purchase code) and then added the plugins 1 at a time.
All activated and works in the most-part - thanks (see followup question... Unable to add data in AmeliaBooking\Infrastructure\Repository\Location\ProviderLocationRepository )

It could be something wrong in the database.

Aleksandar is out of the office so I will help you out.
Can you please tell me is it ok that I install one plugin on your site so I can access the database and take a look at the relations of the tables, which i assume the issue is because of it.
I checked the database with WP PHPMyAdmin, and saw that the relational tables in almost all tables' foreign keys had the wrong prefix (wp_ instead of wp_wq8deb6w28_). When I modified that, I was able to add an employee.
Please feel free to delete the employee I created, and create a new one. Everything should be working fine now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I've installed and am unable to configure or setup the system. I'm getting 500 errors and some screens don't seem to load.
In my setup I'm using flywheel local to develop locally.

I'm not certain on where the logs are etc. so I'l first de-activate plugins and theme and see what I get. Is there a basic them recommended?
I did note it looks to be something at the database level....
Runing http://ab.local/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpamelia_api&call=/settings
results in {"message":"SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.\r\n"}
But I'm not certain on debugging this.
