    Is it possible to use this service without using the SMS feature. I think its a great looking product but I don't want to have to keep topping up SMS balances to use it. I am in Australia,

    Thanks for your interest.

    Yes, of course. You can enable and disable notifications that you want. You can use just email notifications, if you want.
