We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I'm building a site on https://nuosteopathy.semibold.co.uk/ but this will be moved to https://nuosteopathy.com/ when complete so it's vital everything works on the second domain.
I'm trying to connect the employees Google calendar and when I do this, I get a message that the app is not verfied with Google and it won't allow me to progress further.
Hello Todd
Please note that, after choosing the Google account your employee will be synced with, you may be presented with “This app isn’t verified” screen.
This is happening because the verification is not yet complete, and you simply need to click on “Advanced” and then on “Go to your-website (unsafe)“, and you will be redirected to the next screen where you need to allow Amelia to access the calendar.
Once the Calendar is connected the Google button will change in color and offer an option to “Sign out from Google“, so you’ll know if the synchronization is working.
When you are moving from one site to another, we can suggest using the Duplicator plugin. We use it and it's working fine, because it will transfer all the files and also the tables to database. Also, make sure to deactivate your license in Amelia Settings/Activation before you activate it on the other site. If you leave it activated on the first site, you won't be able to activate it on the new one.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
