I'm trying to configure Amelia for my accounting firm website.
I configured several services which can be offered by multiple employees. Amelia let the customer choose the employee : I'd like to avoid this. I'd like to have Amelia choose randomly an available employee for the chosen service and time. Is it possible and how can I do this ?
Right now, if the customer has no preference and choose "all employees", Amelia automatically choose the first available employee in alphabetical order. It means that this employee will get a full calendar really quick ... The random choice would really help us.
When you leave "Any Employee" in the select-box, it should randomly assign an employee, and not follow the alphabetical order or the amount of appointments your employees already have scheduled.
We can help you hide the drop-down with some CSS, but I'll need you to provide me the URL where the booking form is, so I can find the correct selector.

Hello jaillot
Thank you for your purchase.
