Is it possible not to show "employee" field?
In fact, I would like to manage it in the back-end and no-one seeing it.
Still at the "employee" level: I would like them not to have mail filed mandatory.
I didn't see where I can modify that, could you help please?
On the calendar view, I would like to see hour per hour even if in the general settings I put time slot steps to 5 minutes because I have services duration at 25 minutes or 30 minutes or even 45 minutes. I need a global view for the day on one screen... Can I adjust this somewhere? Is it possible also to show only working hours?
Also, in the back-end demo, it's not possible to see Wordpress Pages.
Could you please confirm it is possible to manage them?
Finally, is it possible to take more than one appointment before paying?
Oh... And really, last one this time, is it possible to manage customers information in a different way than through wordpress back-end? Add a login button in your forms for example if I just want them not to have to fill in all personal information each time.
Yes, you can use CSS to hide the employee field in the booking form.
2. I would like them not to have mail filed mandatory.
Unfortunately this is not possible, every employee must have an email as mandatory.
3.Can I adjust this somewhere? Is it possible also to show only working hours?
Can you please tell me did you try to set the time slot step to be 1h instead of 5minutes and is the option Use service duration for booking a time slot disabled in the settings?
4. Also, in the back-end demo, it's not possible to see Wordpress Pages.
This is only on our demo sites, we just enabled users to see the plugin and not other WordPress pages.
5.Finally, is it possible to take more than one appointment before paying?
This is not possible to achieve at the moment , but we do have in plan to add this option for future updates.
6. is it possible to manage customers information in a different way than through wordpress back-end?
You can check our newest feature called Customer Panel, more information on this link.
1, 2, 4, 6: Quite clear! 5: I can't wait for this new option to come!
For the 3rd: I need to keep 5 minutes because I have services of 25 minutes. Same for "Use service duration for booking a time slot" option: I need it in order to book at 9:00pm and then 9:30pm (I have 5mn buffer time after). I set the time at 5mn and create my service. After that, I switched the time at 1 hour and let the option "Use service duration for booking a time slot" enabled. It seems it's working: the calendar view have 1 hour time slots and I can book 25mn services with or without buffer times. It seems to be a workaround so I'm afraid in your next updates it won't work anymore... That's the reason why I would like to have separately what I need to configure services and what I need just to display. Hope this is clear and that's something is possible in a conventional way :-)
Waiting for my hosting company to deliver the real hosting environment for the company I'm developing for and then, I will purchase the plugin for the last tests.

I will forward this to my team, so they can consider finding some solution for this case.
Do you maybe have a link of your booking form, so I can take a look.

Hi Borgdan,
Point is you can't manage time slot duration in the free version...
Best regards,
Adeline.
Hi Adeline,
The paddle that we are using for the licenses request to enter the amount of years and because of that we put 99 years.
Lifetime licenses are 1 buy and there is no yearly subscription, so once you purchase it thats all.
Best regards.
