We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello,

    I was wondering if there was anyway of getting around the slow scrolling when on the same page the booking shortcode. I attached the URL for reference.

    Thank you.

    Hello Matthew,

    Unfortunately, there is some conflict with the theme Divi, if you have it, the slow scrolling issue comes up. (If you don't have Divi, please try out the script on your pages and see if it helps for your theme as well.)

    There are two solutions to this. Add this script:

    <script>
     var links = document.getElementsByTagName('a');
     for (var i = 0; i < links.length; i++) {
       if (links[i].href.includes('#')) {
         links[i].classList.add('et_smooth_scroll_disabled');
       }
     }
     document.querySelector('body').classList.remove('et_smooth_scroll');
    </script>

    to the pages where you have your Amelia shortcode. Or disable Smooth scrolling in Divi theme options.

    Let me know if this helped!

    If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to ask.

    Darn. I do use Divi, but I will still try this regardless. Thank you! It's not the worst issue to have, but it's an area I could improve in terms of UX so I wanted to see what efforts were possible.

    Thank you again :)

    Hello Matthew,

    Yes, if you use Divi one of the solutions bellow will definitely help outsmile.png

    Of course, the user experience isn't that well with that slow scrolling. Unfortunately, it is some conflict and our developers made that script to fix that behavior.

    You are welcome!

    Hello Val,

    Then you need to implement one of the solutions I mentioned in my response

    There are two solutions to this. Add this script:

    <script>
     var links = document.getElementsByTagName('a');
     for (var i = 0; i < links.length; i++) {
       if (links[i].href.includes('#')) {
         links[i].classList.add('et_smooth_scroll_disabled');
       }
     }
     document.querySelector('body').classList.remove('et_smooth_scroll');
    </script>

    to the pages where you have your Amelia shortcode. Or disable Smooth scrolling in Divi theme options.
