Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
I have upgraded to the new version of Amelia but now have problems with permissions. A couple of users had the user role "Amelia Manager" and were able to log into the back end to see the appointments for the the day/week.
This is now not possible as with this permission no appointments show up.
I can still see the appoints but have the user role "Administrator". I do not want to give that permission as I only want them to access Amelia and not the rest of my Wordpress site.
Hello Bruno
The Amelia Manager user role hasn't changed, and they should still be able to see appointments.
Are they choosing the correct date range in the Appointments section?
Please provide me a temporary Amelia Manager login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here because this ticket is private and nobody can see it except us.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Thank you for your reply. I have figured out the issue and it is due to the fact that I use a membership plugin and only allow members to make bookings on Amelia. The new front-end for customers to view/cancel/reschedule their appointments is a big improvement. Unfortunately membership is used on the website and customers change email or password under the User Profile tab it causes problems. I need to disable the User Profile tab as to avoid conflict with my Membership Plugin and Wordpress User database. Is their a way I can disable the User Profile tab. The other parts of the front-end work well.
Hi again Bruno
There's no built-in option, but you can hide it with some custom CSS, like this:
When you add this to the page where the customer panel is the User Profile tab will be hidden.
