Is it possible to set a conditional formatting rule if a cell value is detected to be null?
For example I want to set the row class to be 'hidden' if it contains a null value, and then I'll use CSS to hide that row.

Yeah, if the data is saved as NULL in the database.
You can access column settings, go to Conditional Formatting, and add a rule like this:
That will hide the row if a certain column has an empty cell.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also, please let me know which table we're talking about, and which column should this setting affect?
