Seems like you haven't received the latest update. Which version of the plugin do you have? The Customer Panel is available in version 2.4.
If you don't have that version, please update it. You can download it from our store http://store.tms-plugins.com/, and then simply deactivate/delete the current version, and update the previously downloaded ameliabooking.zip file to install the new version. You will not lose your data.

Please tell me - are you logged in as an administrator? If that's true - you won't be able to delete your profile.
Please try opening a new Amelia Customer user, and then log in with those credentials. You should see the delete button then.

After updating the last version still not working.... Could you help me please?
Another thing is with the spanish version i can not get all the options. Is there any way to change it to english version?

If you're logged in as a normal user, with all those settings enabled, you should see the portal like this:
What do you mean - you can't get all the options with the Spanish version? We have a working translation for Spanish, but you also need to change the WordPress' language to Spanish. If there are some strings missing (not translated), I can suggest installing POEDIT or Loco Translate. Loco Translate is a WordPress plugin, so you can locate and translate all missing strings through it.
If you want to use POEDIT then this is an instruction:
1. Download the Amelia plugin from our TMS Store or from email that you receive when you made purchase and save the .zip file on your computer.
2. Unzip downloaded .zip file.
3. You need to download and install POEDIT.
4. After that open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/es_ES/wpamelia-es_ES.po.
5. Translate all the strings that are not translated
6. Save the translation.
7. Go to ameliabooking/languages/es_ES/ folder and copy these two files called wpamelia-es_ES.po and wpamelia-es_ES.mo back to your website in the location ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/es_ES/.
