Hi,
I have just one service, one location and 4 agents for that service.
When a user books an appointment, does it just assign to an agent randomly?
I need it to first assign to agent 1, then agent 2, then agent 3, etc...
Is this possible?

Hello Waseem
Unfortunately, if you leave the drop-down at "Any Employee", the plugin will assign him (her) randomly. There's no way of forcing the plugin to assign appointments to employees in that way.

Hi,
Okay I see, thanks.
And I'm assuming this is also the case when my users are not given an option to choose an agent at all? Because that is how I have it set up.

Hello again Waseem
I suppose you simply hid the "Employee" drop-down from front end, correct?
If that is true, then yes - it would work the same.
The only other way you don't see the employee dropdown would be if you have only one employee, and in that case, this issue doesn't exist.
