Thank you for your purchase and apologies for replying late, we are not working on weekends.
Since Amelia works well on Safari on our testing website, this might be due to a conflict to the theme or some other plugin that you have in your WordPress - could you please change your theme and check if the issue is still there? If the theme is not causing the issue, please deactivate your plugins one by one and check after each deactivation if the issue is still there.
