1. You have two options with Master-Detail tables. Display the details in a modal, or on a page. If you're doing it through a page template, you have all the freedom to customize it as you need it to be. Please take a look at our documentation about page templates.
Duplicating the view per your examples would probably require some customization, though.
2. We support adding shortcodes from other plugins into our tables, but there could be some conflicts there. Some shortcodes don't work as expected, so I can't say if that would be a full proof solution.
3. Unfortunately, all our add-ons work only with the full version of the plugin.
