I've put a shortcode for a catalogue on this page, and it shows up on my browser, but not on the browser of my client or hers - so she isn't getting any bookings through it. I thought it might be a cache issue, so I changed the page layout a little, and cleared the cache but that made no difference.
I've attached an image which has my client's screenshot on the left - and you can see no catalogue. On the right is my screenshot with the catalogue showing.
I just checked your page, and it looks fine to me.
I believe they are using Safari? Can you ask them to try on Chrome? It shouldn't make a difference, but it'd be a good start if there was a known difference in how you're viewing the page.
