Good morning, sir, I set up the services, for example, 1 yoga session for 8€. I would like to create a yoga pack, example 5 sessions at 30€. If the customer buys this pack, is there a possibility when he makes an appointment that he doesn't pay for 5 times?
Unfortunately, at the moment we don't have a bulk purchase option. We're looking into adding that as a feature, but until then I can offer a work-around just like you proposed.
You can create a service which would be named "Bulk Purchase" for example, and it would cost a certain amount. Then, you would need to create a 100% discount coupon which could be used 9 times, and limit the usage to 9 per customer, like this:
My advice would also be to enable the notifications, so they get an e-mail with the discount coupon, explaining that they need to use the coupon for the remaining 9 sessions:
You would need to add the %coupon_1% placeholder to the e-mail, so they get the coupon code they can use.
After someone books the first appointment, they receive an e-mail with it, and they use it to book the remaining 9 sessions.
I can't find any errors looking at your screenshots. Looks like it should be there.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
When you configured your employee's working hours, you added time periods per service, so BCN is provided from 10:00 - 11:00 and 10:30 - 11:30, and Barceloneta from 16:00 - 17:00. There's no time period for the group service. Simply add it in your employee's working hours, and it will come up.
From your screenshots, I can see that you tried to use the coupon on "Yoga (1 hour) - Barceloneta", but the coupon is assigned only to "Pack Yoga (5 sessions)".
Also, you may want to limit the coupon to 5 times per customer, instead of total 5 times.
If you want the coupon to be used only on the "Pack Yoga (5 sessions)" you need to add only that service in Notifications/Coupons. Then, when the notification is sent, it will only be sent after that appointment has been booked.
Unfortunately, we can't add it to be specific to a customer. As for the booking screen - your customers can add the coupon even with empty fields, but they won't be able to book an appointment without name, last name and e-mail, so they do need to add those in the end.

Maybe with a coupon system valid 5 times?
thank you for your response.

Hello Kerstin

I hope this helps.

Hello and thank you for your response.
So I created a Yoga service (5 sessions) at 30€ which I put in the right category.
I created the coupon for this service and set up the notification %coupon_1%.
I created a test catalog page with the category ID=2 which corresponds to Yoga in general.
But when the page is displayed, only 2 services of the category are visible. Yoga (5 sessions) does not appear...
I've cleared the cache of the site and my browser.
I'm attaching my screenshots.
Do you have any idea where the problem might be coming from?
Thank you.
Kerstin.

Hello again Kerstin
