I purchased this plug in in September and have tried on many occasions to get support on this from the seller and the manufacturer to no avail.

I am not sure who one should contact when they have purchased Amelia. I purchased it with Paddle, received it from TMS. I had a few emails to Paddle who said they didn't not support the product after the sale and to look in to the TMS site.
I got one response with :

I hadn't heard back from anyone since. It's not clear who supports the product and only after a bit of research again after giving up initially I have come across this support page.
Basically - I purchased the software, installed it as a plug in, made the edits now how do I implement this to show on my website?? Are you able to support??

Yes, TMS is the seller of Amelia and Paddle is our purchase provider.
Sorry that you waited for our reply, we haven't received this email from Paddle or somehow it was lost in the mail (spammed or similar).
You can read more about starting up with Amelia following this link, that is a quickstart guide for using Amelia on your website. After you create at least one employee, category and service in Amelia you need to place a shortcode for the view that you want - there are booking view, catalog view and search view on the page where you want to have Amelia. You can also find all the steps to do this in our documentation, with videos and screenshots provided.

Hi - yes please could you help me with this.
1. I am only one employee at the moment - it's just me - can that be set where on the front end the client doesn't have to 'select' an employee?
You can put a shortcode for a specific employee on the page ([ameliabooking employee=1]) or you can hide the employee drop-down on the front-end with custom CSS. If you need this custom code please ask so I can help you out.
