I purchased Amelia on 16th September and have tried to get support on installing and using it. I have had no luck from your company and from Amelia. This is really poor considering you are top rated but don't offer support to clients.
If I don't get assistance immediately I will need a refund or have to report the product and companies involved in selling it.
