We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hello Amelia Team,


    Thanks for a great product - Amelia is a good fit for our subscription web community which hosts many online events weekly.

    Does Amelia provide a way to send a notification to all registered attendees of a specific event? There are generic notification settings that apply to all events, and automated notifications such as event cancellation or reminder.

    Is there a way to create/send a notification to all registrants of a specific event, such as preparatory instructions?  This was not findable in the support documentation - if it was overlooked please provide a link with instructions on how to do this?

    Hello Karen

    Thank you for your kind words.

    I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.

    You can use the event reminder e-mail to include this information, or include it in the event confirmation notification, but that's it. I will forward this idea to our development team, as it is a good suggestion after all. Hopefully they'll add it in one of our future updates.
